What are the risks of participating to the project

There is no certainty that the objectives defined in the document, planned and envisaged, will be achieved. The purchaser acknowledges having been informed and warned that the value of the tokens is not guaranteed and is likely to vary upwards or downwards, or even to the total loss of value. Any purchaser of tokens declares that they can bear the consequences of the partial or total loss of their investment. There is currently no guarantee that the purchaser will be able to resell their tokens, this risk must be accepted by any purchaser. The purchaser supports and assumes any loss or disclosure of their private key.

The acquisition of tokens is done in USDT by sending the equivalent of the value in SOL, at the time of purchase. The purchaser bears the cost of converting the tokens into another digital currency as well as the cost of transactions if there are any. The conversion must be done legally on an exchange platform. Any variation in the price of one of the tokens or the conversion price is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The purchaser will bear the payment of any tax, duty, fees, direct or indirect contribution, due under this sale and/or holding. The founder, team or support of the Nebula Stars Anthill project declines all responsibility in the event of malfunction, unexpected or unforeseeable operations. The purchaser assumes the fact of not transmitting to one or more third parties, his account data, his security data, his private key or any other data concerning him. No assurance can be given as to the possible consequences of judicial or administrative decisions or changes in European legislation or regulations.

The purchaser fully acknowledges that these clauses may be subject to change and be specified in future versions of the document. The NSA or NSAN tokens are sold "as is", without warranty of any kind, neither implicit nor explicit. The Acquirer expressly and irrevocably accepts all responsibility and risks associated with the acquisition of NSA or NSAN Tokens hereunder, the rights to which such NSA or NSAN Tokens give rise and their use, including without limitation the risks referred to above.
